On Saturday June 8, 2019 Rev. Fr. Cãlin and Preoteasa Simona Marincas of Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Church, Saskatoon celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary in Sts. Constantine and Elena Romanian Orthodox Cathedral of Edmonton.
The Anniversary Service was presided by His Grace Bishop Ioan Casian and co-servers were Rev. Fr. George Bâzgan, Administrative Vicar of the Diocese and Rev. Fr. Ovidiu Moldovan from Holy Trinity Romanian Orthodox Mission in Calgary. The witnesses to the blessing were Rev. Fr. Mircea and Preoteasa Ileana Panciuk.
The anniversary couple received icons of the Holy Trinity and the Three Holy Hierarchs as gifts.
Rev. Fr. Cãlin Mãrincas will be celebrating 25 years since he was ordained to the priesthood on the Sunday of the Descent of The Holy Spirit.
All those present at the event wished to Rev. Fr. Cãlin and Preoteasa Simona continued health, spiritual strength, patience, and success in their further pastoral endeavors for the good and prosperity of the Holy Orthodox Church in Saskatoon and Canada.
